We all habitually form goals each new year. From health to wealth we may be setting ourselves up for far fetched ideas without the discipline behind them.
Prime example, gym membership inflates by 500% within the coming new year. By the end of the month the decision to join becomes just fluff. Very few continue for their summer goals.
So I’ll share my goals with you that I’ve worked on since last December 2018 (seems super weird to say that).
Now with setting any goals there must be a deadline and without a deadline the goal is just an intriguing idea.
For the month January in particular, I set more attainable goals through the month without so much focus on the main goal at hand
When you scale down a goal and or resolution, it seems much more attainable.
